Cargo
Integration
Connects store orders directly to the carrier — shipments are created and labelled from WooCommerce, and order statuses update on their own as parcels move.
Shipments were keyed into the carrier’s portal by hand, tracking numbers copied back one by one, and customers kept asking where their order was.
One click creates the shipment and the label. Every hour the module checks the carrier, moves the order forward and emails the customer.
Everything outside the city ships through here.
In-city orders go to the courier planner; every other order becomes a carrier shipment — created, labelled and tracked without leaving WooCommerce.
Three ways in, one click each.
Enter the parcel size in the carrier box and press “Create shipment”.
Select orders and create them all at once.
Use the bulk action menu straight from the list.
A unique shipment key — order number plus date and time — and the order number as the invoice key.
Recipient name from shipping (falls back to the billing name if it’s too short), full address, province, district, email, and the phone normalised to 10 digits.
Parcel size when entered, and the amount to collect for cash-on-delivery orders.
Once created, the order moves to “Packed” and the customer gets a “Your parcel is being prepared” email.
