Order
Builder
A back-office tool for orders that arrive by phone, WhatsApp, Instagram or any other channel — entered on one screen and connected to the customer, their address book and the courier route.
Customers ordered on WhatsApp, by phone and on Instagram. Getting those into WooCommerce meant hunting for the customer, re-typing addresses from chats and losing track of where each order came from.
Find or create the customer, paste their address, add products at any price and send the contract on WhatsApp — the order lands in reports and the courier route on its own.
Orders arrive from everywhere — now every one is counted.
Each order entered with the builder is tagged with its channel, so the store manager dashboard shows exactly how the website, chat, social and marketplace sales add up.
across 9 channels
From a chat message to a confirmed order.
Search by name, phone or company. Selecting a customer shows their last 5 orders for quick repeats, and notes that stay on their record for every future order. Name and email can be corrected right here. Not registered yet? “Create member” opens an account with just the phone number — a placeholder email is used if none is given, and the customer can later sign in on the site with a WhatsApp code.
The customer’s shipping and billing addresses appear as cards; add, edit or delete without leaving the screen. Untick “same address” to pick a separate billing address with company and tax details.
Search by name or SKU with live stock. Change quantity and unit price — a custom price is used on the order, perfect for wholesale or negotiated deals.
Choose the channel the order came from, the payment method, an optional delivery date and an internal delivery note the customer never sees.
The order is created with the chosen customer and addresses, linked to the address book so it can drop straight into the courier route, and logged with a note: “Created with Order Builder. Channel: … | Payment: … | Contract: …”.
The right status, picked automatically.
Checks run top to bottom — the first rule that matches sets the status.
Paste the message. Check the form. Save.
The AI only fills the form — nothing is written to the database until you’ve checked it and pressed save.
Alongside the site’s active methods, orders can be marked for cases a checkout never sees — so samples and gifts don’t distort revenue.
Legal paperwork, handled in the chat.
With “Send with contract” on, the order opens as Awaiting approval. The preliminary information form and the distance sales contract are generated as PDFs with the customer’s details and sent on WhatsApp, asking them to reply “I confirm the order”.
Resend the contract on WhatsApp from the order screen.
Bulk action in the order list: set selected orders to “Awaiting approval”.
